Designed for our clients St Vincent de Paul Society (Tas.) and St Vincent de Paul Housing Australia, the development will sit above the existing Vinnies store, accommodating 38 studios across four levels, with a rooftop to provide indoor and outdoor communal spaces.
The trauma-informed design reflects the project values of dignity, safety, well-being and community. Residents are expected to be women over 55 from the social housing waiting list.
